Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArriveCard's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Description of Service

ArriveCard provides a platform that facilitates business financing applications by connecting business owners with financing options through our partner network. We are not a bank or financial institution; we are a technology platform that connects you with financing providers.

Eligibility

To use ArriveCard, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Own or operate a business registered in Canada
  • Have a Canadian business bank account
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Banking and Verification Data

Our platform uses regulated payment and verification partners to securely process information required for your application. By continuing, you authorize ArriveCard and its service providers to process the information needed to evaluate and service your card application. We will never initiate transactions or move funds without explicit authorization.

Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and potential legal consequences.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Provide false or misleading financial information
  • Use the platform on behalf of another person without authorization

Limitation of Liability

ArriveCard's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our platform or by email.
